1. Click Files on the main menu.
● All your Active
files are listed by default.
2. Filter the list by selecting options from the pull-down menus in the Show, Type and Special fields.
● Show Files that
have a particular File Status (e.g. Active), File Type (e.g. Family Law),
and Special Status (e.g. Dormant). Optionally select the Include
Closed Files checkbox.
● Further filter
the list to Files that begin with a particular letter from the alphabet
filter at the bottom of the screen. For example, if you filtered the list
to Active Files and sorted them by File Name, click k
to show only the ones whose names begin with "K".
3. Optionally
filter the list by entering data in the Quick Find
field.
4. Sort
the list in ascending or descending order by clicking a column heading,
for example Matter ID to display an Up
or Down arrow.
Tip:
To add or delete Files, use your Amicus desktop application.
● If you are a Firm Member with rights to view others' Files, use your Amicus desktop application to access Files you aren't assigned to.
