Add a Contact


1.      In a Contacts list, click New on the Taskbar. Or from any list, select Contact from the drop-down list.

2.      Select the Contact is a Corporation checkbox if appropriate.

3.      Enter the Contact's name: last, first, and/or middle if they are an individual; Company if they are a corporation.

4.      Click Run Duplicate Check.

o     If any matches are found (including Contacts you aren't assigned to), they are listed

§      Choose whether to proceed to add your new Contact.

o     If no matches were found, the new Contact is automatically added.

5.      Enter more details on this page and the other pages.

6.      Click Save & Close.
